By engaging with Vadgama AI Labs for consulting or engineering services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide enterprise-grade AI architecture, engineering, and strategic consulting. All deliverables are subject to the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement executed between Vadgama AI Labs and the client organization.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All pre-existing methodologies, proprietary code, and frameworks developed by Vadgama AI Labs remain our intellectual property. Custom solutions developed under specific agreements are governed by those documents.
4. Limitation of Liability
Vadgama AI Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or implementation of our AI systems. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid for the specific services rendered.
